Berry is founder & CEO of BizEnrich, a collaborative organization of business experts who join BizEnrich to help business executives create purposeful, profitable, and sustainable businesses.

Berry is dedicated to enriching client businesses (increasing value). His energetic entrepreneurial spirit and passion for people set the tone for everything he does. When Berry is not leading BizEnrich meetings he is networking, making business connections and helping business leaders enrich their businesses.

Prior to launching BizEnrich, Berry was co-owner of a marketing, design and promotion firm with fifteen employees. Berry was responsible for all strategic planning, sales training, professional services development, performance monitoring as well as management of special projects impacting facilities, systems and processes. Berry also promoted his company through networking with business executives and public speaking engagements.

Berry ‘grew up’ in business in a career lasting nearly twenty years at United Parcel Service. Combining his experience in sales, logistics, and international trade with his passion for technology earned him the opportunity to participate in several “start-up” ventures at UPS. He was a key contributor to the design, development and sales training implementation of international trade consulting services.

Berry is a life-long learner, holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Secondary Education from Seattle Pacific University, and has studied international trade and technology management. He lives in Bellevue, Washington with his wife where they enjoy waterskiing and boating.
