Michelle has extensive experience working in business, from Fortune 500 companies to closely held family businesses. This business background allows Michelle to provide solutions to help companies achieve their goals at all stages of their lifecycles. Michelle received her law degree from Northwestern University School of Law and, concurrently, a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management. Michelle is an active member of the King County Bar Association and Washington State Bar Association, with regular contributions in the KCBA Bar Bulletin and WSBA Solo Section newsletter and speaking at CLEs. Michelle volunteers as a mentor in the Seattle University Community and Economic Development and offers pro-bono services through Washington Attorneys Assisting Community Organizations (WAACO).
