I love people which is why I love what I do. Helping business owners find the right financing, wade through the process on their behalf and make sure their lending relationship remains healthy is the ultimate goal. As a former commerical loan officer for 30 years, I truly enjoy meeting business owners and finding out how and why that got started doing what they do. What do they love about their work and what drives them crazy. It's my personal goal to find that out and to develop some common interests well before I ever talk about the business of lending and banking. If a company considers their relationship with their bank as an expense versus an investment then I beleive they are not dealing with the right person/lender. My goal is to make sure that they focus on their business so I can focus on their lending relationship. I am constantly looking out for the well being of my client. It's not easy to do that because it takes time and energy but it's the right thing to do and that's part of my greatest enjoyment. I want nothing more than for a business owner to be successful in and out of their company.
